We offer International Shipping through the following services

  1. FEDEX Courier Service (International priority)
    This is a fast delivery service, normally taking 4-8 business days for delivery.
  2. DHL Courier Service (Express or Economy)
    This is a fast delivery service, normally taking 5-10 business days for delivery. The DHL Economy service is slower than Express, but costs less for heavier orders.
    It is available only in some countries and for specific ranges of order weights.
    The average delivery time (after shipping from our store) for EU countries is 2 – 4 business days, while for the rest of the world the average is 4 – 8 business days
    Please note that with this method, the customer should track the package and may need to contact the local Postal Services for delivery.
    We have chosen these shipping services as they are safe and reliable for international shipments.
    IMPORTANT: Please allow 3 – 5 business days for processing your order. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days.

    Customs clearance and Duties
    International shipments may need to pass through customs at the recipient country, according to the country’s laws.
    Customs clearance is the sole responsibility of the recipient (i.e. customer) only.
    The recipient (i.e. the customer) is also solely responsible for any charges, such as custom duties, country taxes or fines. is not reponsible for any packages remaining or being returned from Customs in any country. The team of does not know the Customs regulations in every country and cannot ensure that products will be allowed through Customs to any country.
    Only the customer is responsible for being aware of Customs regulations in their country and going through the Customs process with any fees that may be needed to receive the products.

In case there is a problem for clearing an order through customs, it is possible to return the order back to for a refund (excluding shipping costs). In such a case, the order must be shipped back to premises with the sole responsibility and shipping costs of the customer. will refund the order amount excluding shipping costs, when the order arrives and if all items are in excellent condition and the original invoice is included. is not responsible or liable for any failure or delay to perform its services, or any delivery delays, damages or cancellations that may occur directly or indirectly due to force majeure, extreme weather conditions, natural phenomena or disasters, pandemics, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, strikes, governmental actions, electronic system failures, software malfunctions, malicious software or malicious activities.
