That’s why we love our brass light fixtures
We placed a number of these lights in the garden, on the terrace, around the house, one in each corner, even on the house’s facade.
We were impressed by the round ART BR402 Brass light’s robust construction.
Its design shows attention to every detail.
The base of the light? The decorative screws? The mesh that protects the glass? Everything is perfect!
Even the glass that protects the lamp is thick so that it doesn’t break by accidental impacts.
Also, the designer made sure the glass was smooth on the outside allowing it to be easily cleaned from air pollutants, while its interior is ribbed so as not to dazzle us when we look at it at night.
We passed the electrical cables into the fixture from the side, through a brass shaft seal, which has an elastic ring that prevents the ingress of dust and moisture.
Waterproofing is also achieved with an elastic flange that intervenes between the glass and the main body of the light.
The waterproofing of the lights is very good, we can use them outdoors without hesitation.
Our lights can withstand adverse weather conditions, because their main materials are brass and glass.
They are not affected by autumn rains, by the cold winter or the scorching summer sun.
The salt water of the sea breeze, which bathes them on a daily basis, is not capable of causing any damage or rust to our brass light fixtures.
After many years of use, the brass lights will acquire a patina coating.
The patina’s shade is similar to that seen on the statue of the Little Mermaid in Copenhagen, Denmark.
That’s why we love our brass light fixtures.
We easily mounted the light fixtures with the two screws that were provided inside each package.
We placed two ART BR402 Brass lights on the roof of the terrace and the rest on the wall around the house.
We placed two ART BR406 Brass sconces on the main entrance, one on the top left and the other on the top right.
We have installed LED lamps on all of the light fixtures, in order to save electricity.
