The consumer has the right to withdraw without cause from the remote purchase of a product within a strictly limited period of fourteen (14) calendar days.

Within these fourteen (14) calendar days, the consumer may return the purchased products only if they are in exactly the same condition in which they were received and provided that they are accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction.

The costs of returning the products by post, courier or carrier to the TechTube.eu site are not covered by the company and are entirely borne by the sender/customer.

Please note that the liability for the loss, damage or destruction of the product lies with the customer until the receipt of the product by the company.

TechTube.eu is not liable for returned products lost in transit. Therefore, please use a trackable transport service.

For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the period of fourteen (14) calendar days begins from the day on which the customer acquires the physical possession of the goods, or from the day on which the consumer acquires the physical possession of the last good, if the consumer had ordered several goods in a single order.

Returns exclude products marked “Made-to-Order“.

The refund of the amount relating to the product to be returned shall be completed within five (5) working days from the date of receipt by our company. The return methods depend on the payment method of each order.

  1. If the order was paid by credit card before the return of the product, the Company is required to inform the bank about the cancellation of the transaction.
  2. If the order was paid via PayPal, the Company shall deposit the money for the withdrawal and the return of the product in a bank account indicated by the customer.
  3. In the event of a cash payment and if the customer had selected “store pickup”, the return shall be carried out by refunding the customer from the store from which they received the product.
